You are welcome to bring a maximum of one additional guest to your scheduled appointment, but please notify me prior to arrival. — — — — — — — — — — *Please review my policy below before scheduling.* BOOKING Pricing is based on the specific service and time slot you reserve. Because this time is blocked out exclusively for you, you will be responsible for the cost of the scheduled service, even if you decide to downgrade during your appointment. There is a minimum age requirement for nail services. Must be 12 years+ for gel manicures and 16 years + for nail enhancements. DEPOSIT A nonrefundable deposit of $20 is required to book. This deposit will be applied to your appointment. LATE POLICY There is a 10 minute grace period allowed for tardiness. Please notify me of your arrival time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, service and/or designs will be adjusted to fit the remaining time allowed. Late arrivals may result in modified services, but the full price of the original booking will still be charged. RESCHEDULING If you need to reschedule your appointment, your paid deposit fee will apply towards the new appointment. NO CALL NO SHOWS No call and no shows will also result in the forfeiture of your deposit along with 100% of the scheduled service. In addition, you can no longer book a service with me. ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY To maintain a safe, positive, and sustainable work environment, I enforce a zero-tolerance policy for disrespect. Frequent cancellations, constant tardiness, pricing complaints, and negative comparisons to other artists will result in being unable to rebook. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made under 24 hours leave me unable to rebook or fill therefore, to respect my scheduling and time, cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit along with 50% of the service fee.
